What is your return policy?
We will gladly exchange or issue a shop credit for any unworn products within 7 days of receiving the item.
To return or exchange an item, please email info@PositiveLotus.com to begin the exchange process. In your email please include a note letting us know what item you would like in exchange or if you would like to return the product for shop credit. Please include your name and email address that you used to place the order in your note.

How does your sizing work?
All of our items run a little different in size. Please look at the product’s listing description for sizing info. The sizing guides are located on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and arrive in 2-5 days.
We also ship worldwide. Please understand that international shipping can take up to 14 days. Customers are responsible for any import duty, taxes or VAT.
