What is your return policy?
We will gladly exchange or issue a shop credit for any unworn products within 7 days of receiving the item.
To return or exchange an item, please email info@PositiveLotus.com to begin the exchange process. In your email please include a note letting us know what item you would like in exchange or if you would like to return the product for shop credit. Please include your name and email address that you used to place the order in your note.

How long does shipping take?
All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive in 2-5 days.
However, some delays in shipping or handling may occur and orders can take 9+ days to be delivered.
While this isn’t the norm, we work hard to ship our your products as quickly as possible while also doing our best communicating any shipping delays with you directly.
