FAQs

Product:

Our products are made in the USA with ultra soft fabric and our prints use our double screen technology with premium colors.

Sizing:

All of our items run a little different in size. Please observe the product sizing information on each page with model & item information as well as our sizing chart. 

Shipping:

US ORDERS: All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive in 2-5 days. However, some delays in shipping or handling may occur and orders can take 9+ days to be delivered. While this isn’t the norm, we work hard to ship our your products as quickly as possible while also doing our best communicating any shipping delays with you directly. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship worldwide. International shipping can occasionally be a slow. Please plan for around 14 days, although it is often faster, but occasionally slower. Customers are responsible for any import duty, taxes or VAT.

For U.S. orders over $40 total, shipping is free!

Return/Exchange:

We will gladly exchange or issue a shop credit for any unworn products within 7 days of receiving the item.

To return or exchange an item, please email info@PositiveLotus.com to begin the exchange process. In your email please include a note letting us know what item you would like in exchange or if you would like to return the product for shop credit. Please include your name and email address that you used to place the order in your note.

Wholesale:

Influencers/Affiliates:

We have set up our Petal Ambassador program for individuals who would like to promote the Positive Lotus brand. In exchange for promoting with a custom link you will receive 15% commission. If you are interested in learning more about this program please visit: link for petal program.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. We also accept Apple Pay.

Returns

Domestic Returns:

We hope that you love your purchase from Positive Lotus. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 21 days of the original purchase.      

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

 
Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Any orders under $100 will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee to be deducted from the refund. 
 
E-gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@positivelotus.com for an RMA number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. Positive Lotus is unable to provide international return labels at this time. Customer to pay the cost of shipping the package back to Positive Lotus via a tracked service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

International Returns:

We ship internationally to select countries. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Positive Lotus to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Positive Lotus may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. For questions or issues please contact info@positivelotus.com.

We accept returns of unworn items within 21 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Swim returns will not be accepted without liner attached.

3rd Party Retailers:

Positive Lotus can not guarantee any product that is not sold by www.PositiveLotus.com or one of our approved retailers.

Returning Defective Products: 

Please contact customer service within 60 days from purchase at info@positivelotus.com and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through the  www.PositiveLotus.com website.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.
